Puffin SUP is inviting you to try something new. 

 

Yoga is a millennia-old discipline that promotes balance in the body, mind, and spirit, as well as between the individual and the Universe, of which he is a vital and pulsing part. 

 

Sup yoga helps you to take your yoga practice to the next level, strengthening your muscles, improving your balance, and improving your posture. 

It improves attention and helps to relieve mental strain, allowing for a more direct experience with nature and the elements. 

All of this takes place in the gorgeous and tranquil setting of the Garda Lake.

The turning point came in 2013, when I decided to leave my home and job in Milan and travel to India. The trip-escape of individuals who have arrived at Burnout is not typical. My journey has been marked by a decision to evolve over time. 

After the trip, I slow down and focus on time management. Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Rocket Yoga, Pilates, Total Body, Pranayama, and Meditation classes are among the first I offer.

My practice began with classical Ashtanga Yoga, which I learned in Barcelona. For years, I traveled around Asia and Central America, devoting myself to unrestricted movement and thinking outside the box. To develop my teaching technique, I studied Yin, Vinyasa, Animal, and tribal movements, as well as meditation and the walk off the mat.
